7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up, at room temperature
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese until smooth.
    Mix well with hot Jell-O. Add pineapple, 7-Up, vanilla flavoring and sugar.
    Refrigerate until firm in shallow pan.
    Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
