Potato Chip Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed well
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine crushed potato chips (can use different flavors if desired), garlic and pepper.
    Dip chicken in melted butter.
    Roll in crumb mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in greased pan. Be sure pieces do not touch each other.
    Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour without turning. Makes 4 servings.
