Fish In White Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    4 or 5 pieces garlic, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 catfish fillets (medium size)
Preparation
    Saute in oil the onions and garlic, then add flour, onion tops and parsley.
    Cook on low heat for a few minutes.
    Add about 1/2 cup water; simmer until almost done.
    Add fish and cook on a low fire until fish is done.
    Season to taste.
