Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb. cubed beef round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/3 c. condensed beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Cook oil,
    beef and onion until onion is tender.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bring to a boil,
    reduce
    heat
    and simmer, covered, for 1 hour, or until meat
    is
    tender.
    Add
    mushrooms with liquid.
    Combine sour cream
    and\tflour;\tblend
    into
    meat mixture.
    Continue cooking, stirring
    occasionally, until thickened.
    Serve over hot noodles. Serves 6.
