Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
salt and pepper
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion, egg, milk, stuffing mix, salt and pepper. Roll mixture into balls.
Brown meatballs and remove excess grease. Place meatballs in a baking dish.
Set aside.
Mix pineapple juice, molasses, barbecue sauce and flour.
Cook over low heat until mixture starts to thicken.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
