Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and grease drained
    6 eggs
    6 slices white bread, torn into pieces
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chilies, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 large servings.
