Swiss Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium large onion
    1 small eggplant
    1 zucchini
    1 lb. string beans
    1 lb. fresh peas or limas
    1 lb. tomatoes
    fresh dill
    fresh mint
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, eggplant and onion in oil and butter.
    Add fresh vegetables, dill, mint and rest of ingredients.
    Lay 4 slices of Swiss cheese on top.
    Cover and cook on low until tender.
