Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 canned whole green chilies, seeded
    1 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 medium eggs
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    salt to taste
    1 oz. finely chopped onion
    1 oz. grated Jack cheese
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped (plus 1/4 c. liquid)
Preparation
    Spray a 2-quart casserole with Pam.
    Alternate layers of half of green chilies, Jack cheese, remaining chilies and Cheddar cheese.
