Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it reaches boiling point.
    Reduce heat to medium-high.
    Stirring frequently, cook until soft ball stage. Serve over vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!
