V-8 Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    8 to 10 ribs celery
    8 to 10 carrots
    2 to 3 mangoes (medium size)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. celery salt
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes; remove stems.
    Cut into quarters (do not peel). Put through blender on liquify, adding carrots, celery and mangoes (can use other vegetables you may like).
    After each blending, put through a sieve or strainer.
    Pour into large kettle; bring to boil at least 20 minutes.
    Skim top, then add salt, onion powder, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce (optional) and sugar. Simmer to thickness, about 1/2 hour, and taste you desire.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Makes 10 or 12 quarts.
