Perfect White Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Bring water, butter and salt to a rolling boil.
    Add rice; stir well.
    Bring back to a rolling boil.
    Cover and turn off. Don't peek for 12 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
