Charlie'S Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can chili with beans
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large 12 oz. pkg. Doritos (save 2 c. for casserole topping)
10 to 15 oz. enchilada sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 1/4 c. sour cream

Preparation

For the topping, set aside sour cream, 1/2 cup of the grated cheese and 1/3 of the Doritos bag.
