Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon
grated cheese
romaine lettuce
croutons
Preparation

Rub bowl with garlic.
Allow a few pieces of garlic to remain in the bowl.
Mix oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in the bowl.
Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces.
Toss the lettuce with the ingredients in the bowl.
Squeeze the lemon over the salad.
Toss.
Sprinkle with croutons and cheese.
Toss.
