Shrimp And Brown Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. uncooked brown rice
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. seeded tomatoes (julienne-cut)
    1 c. julienne-cut green pepper
    1/2 c. medium pitted ripe olives, halved
    1 lb. medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add rice and return to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Spoon the rice into a colander and rinse under cold running water. Set aside.
