Fruited Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash (1 lb. each)
    1/3 c. canned pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
    1/3 c. chopped orange
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
    Place squash, cut side down, in a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cut each squash half into 2 pieces.
