Rabbit'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add diced apples with skins, walnuts and raisins.
Grease, but do not flour, a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Does not need icing.
