Rotel Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. enchilada seasoning
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    mild Cheddar cheese or Longhorn
Preparation
    Soften flour tortillas.
    Fry ground meat.
    Melt Velveeta cheese with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Drain meat.
    Add 3/4 cup water and enchiladas seasoning; simmer.
