Creamy Cucumber Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large avocado
1/2 peeled cucumber
1 green onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill or 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
May be used as a salad or sandwich dressing or as a sauce for veggies.
