Rolls With Flax Seeds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. dark syrup
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flax seeds
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 to 3 c. white flour
Preparation

Put the yeast in the water with the syrup and oil.
Stir until the yeast is dissolved.
Mix salt, flax seeds and whole wheat, then add to yeast mixture.
Add most of the white flour (about 2 cups) but not all.
Then add the rest when kneading.
Knead the dough well until firm (about 5 minutes).
Put in a bowl and cover and let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
