Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium pkg. regular potato chips
    2 c. cooked chicken breasts, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (2 oz.) can chopped pimento
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease bottom of casserole.
    Line with slightly crushed potato chips.
    Mix the chicken, almonds, chestnuts, pimento, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and soup.
    Pour this on top of chips. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Add some of potato chips (crushed) on cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
