Coleslaw Italian Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 stalks celery
1 small head red cabbage
1 (7 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
1/4 c. capers
1/2 c. pitted olives
vinegar
Preparation

Lock bowl in place and insert slicer disk.
Slice celery and cabbage; empty bowl as necessary.
Insert steel blade.
Add tuna, capers and olives.
Process, using start-stop until coarsely chopped.
Mix all ingredients by hand.
Add vinegar to taste. Serves 8.
