Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 qt. peeled, cored and chopped tomatoes (squeeze tomatoes to remove seeds and juice)
9 c. chopped sweet onions
18 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped very fine or at least 2 c. hot peppers
12 cloves garlic, chopped fine or 3 or 4 Tbsp. minced onion in a jar
6 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
6 c. bottled lemon juice
3 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. ground cumin
6 Tbsp. oregano leaves, chopped and dried
3 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. cilantro
Preparation

You can use any hot pepper you like instead of jalapenos.
