Chicken Enchiladas Supreme(A True Mexican Delight. Hot!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, seeded and chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 to 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    12 corn tortillas
    vegetable oil
    1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    sour cream (for garnish)
    green olives, chopped (for garnish, optional)
    black olives, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Preparation
    In a medium-size saucepan, add garlic and onion to hot oil. Cook until onion is tender, not browned.
    Add green chilies to cooking onion along with tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer 20 minutes.
    (Sauce may be pureed in blender if desired.)
