Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Fold in nuts until wet.
Mix dry ingredients; fold into wet nuts.
Stir until nuts are well coated.
