Jesse'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
4 eggs
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 cans evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients in given order.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
