Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (ground chuck)
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 bell pepper, minced
    1 large onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion, pepper and beef in oil.
    Stir in tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cover dish with foil while baking.
