Frittata(Breakfast Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper (optional)
    1 1/2 c. cooked chopped ham, 1/2 c. cooked, chopped bacon or 2 c. meat of your choice
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done. Serves 10.
    Great for brunch.
