Beet Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 small cans shoestring beets (drain and reserve juice)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. grated horseradish
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    To beet juice, add enough water to make 3 cups.
    Bring to boil, dissolve Jell-O.
    Add remaining ingredients except beets together. Set aside to thicken.
    Add beets.
    Chill until firm.
