Monterey Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    butter
    12 oz. can whole kernel white corn
    7 oz. can green chilies
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim crusts from 12 slices of bread.
    Spread with soft butter and arrange 6 slices in a greased (3-quart) flat pan.
    Cover with half of a can of corn, drained, half of a can of chili, seeded and cut in strips, and Jack cheese.
    Repeat these four layers. Combine eggs, slightly beaten, and milk and pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
    Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or longer (overnight, if desired).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until puffy and brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
