Nonfat Whipped Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. powdered nonfat milk
1 c. water
2 tsp. gelatin
1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 c. Sugar Twin
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve milk in cup of water and scald.
Soak gelatin in cold water.
Combine scalded milk, gelatin and sugar.
Stir and chill in refrigerator until it jells.
Beat mixture until it acquires consistency of whipped cream.
Add vanilla; beat again.
