Turkey-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced turkey luncheon meat
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. quick cooking barley
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    In a colander, run hot water over vegetables for about 1 minute or until thawed.
    Drain vegetables well.
    Place turkey in a stack, then cut it all at once into thin strips.
