Carrots In Buttered Honey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can whole carrots*
1/3 c. liquid from carrots
2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid honey
4 tsp. butter
pinch of salt
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Drain carrots, reserving liquid.
Measure needed amount of carrot liquid into saucepan.
Add honey, butter, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes to blend.
Add carrots and simmer gently until heated through, about 20 minutes.
