Crunchy Salmon Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. (1 lb.) salmon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Cook onions and green peppers in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
