Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach to package directions.
Drain.
In small bowl, lightly beat eggs.
In large bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, beaten eggs, cheese, butter and salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes if frozen, 7 to 10 minutes if unfrozen or until lightly browned. Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
Makes about 50.
