Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
dash of salt
Preparation

Soften cream cheese with milk.
Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, blending after each addition.
Add chocolate and salt; beat until smooth.
Add more milk, if necessary, for a spreading consistency. Make 1 1/4 cups frosting or enough to cover tops of two 8 or 9-inch layers or top and sides of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch cake or about 2 dozen cupcakes.
Double the recipe to cover tops and sides of two 10-inch layers.
