Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Owens sausage (regular, unless you like the hot)
7 eggs
dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Hard-boil 6 eggs and peel.
Divide sausage into six portions. Flatten and wrap raw sausage around eggs, covering completely. Beat one raw egg with a pinch of salt; use to coat eggs and then roll in bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
