Basil Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. white cooking wine
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Bone, skin and halve chicken breasts.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat in skillet.
    Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Cook chicken 5 minutes on each side.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes, until juices run clear.
    Makes 4 servings.
