Puff Pastry Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 puff pastry sheet
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. oregano
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix egg and water. Unfold dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll out to about 14 by 10 inches. Cut in half, horizontal. Brush both tops with egg mixture. Top one side with filling. Place other dough on top of filling and seal the edges. Place on top of a lightly greased baking sheet. Cut into strips. Brush top with egg mixture.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
