Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, margarine or olive oil
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or lamb
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    In large pan melt butter, saute chuck, garlic and onions, stirring until brown.
    Add herbs, spices and tomato sauce; bring to boiling, stirring.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 1/2 hour. Stir in bread crumbs when ready to assemble.
