Angel Food Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Royal Anne cherry juice
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. Royal Anne cherries, cut in half
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    2 c. whipped cream
    1 angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix the cornstarch with the cold fruit juices.
    Cook in a double boiler until thickened.
    Add the beaten egg yolks; cook for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add the stiffly whipped cream.
    Fold in the fruits.
    Serve over slices of angel food cake.
