Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium bell peppers
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. rice
Preparation

Cook rice in 2 cups of water and set aside.
Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Add seasonings.
Mix beef and rice.
Cut tops of peppers and hull out.
Fill with rice mixture.
Combine soup with 1/2 cup of water and pour over peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in covered dish.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
