Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    bread crumbs may be used
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. ground meat or 1 can corned beef or 1 c. chopped chicken giblets
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Scoop out seeds from peppers; pan boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Combine ingredients.
    Cook until tender; salt to taste. Add rice.
    Mix well.
    Stuff peppers; place in muffin pan.
    Garnish peppers with grated cheese or toasted bread crumbs.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
