Ingredients

1 baked or graham cracker pie shell
3 eggs (at room temperature), separated
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 c. strawberries
red food coloring
Preparation

If using flour crust, bake and let it cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.
Beat in egg yolks.
Add Cool Whip and blend well.
Add strawberries (may use frozen) and food coloring; blend.
Put in pie crust and freeze until firm.
