Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, combine peaches, lemon juice and sugar.
    Puree until very smooth.
    Add almond extract. Serve as a sauce with fresh fruit or it is great with sliced peaches over angel food cake.
