Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Quick Minute oats
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. canned apples or raw apples cooked in water with sugar added until just tender
Preparation

Butter one 8 or 9-inch square cake pan.
Spread apples evenly in the bottom.
In bowl, mix sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
