Seafood Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 green bell pepper
    1 lb. tomatoes
    2 scallions
    1 lemon
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    salt and pepper
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
    1/2 lb. cooked medium shrimp
Preparation
    Peel and seed cucumber; cut into chunks.
    Stem and seed pepper.
    Quarter and seed tomatoes.
    Whirl vegetables and scallions in a food processor until finely chopped; transfer to a large bowl.
    Squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from the lemon and stir in with the tomato juice, oil, dill, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Add clams.
    Slice shrimp in half lengthwise and add.
    Chill.
    Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed.
