Fruit Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - Keebler Shortbread Piecrust
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 can Pie filling (your choice)
    1 c flaky coconut
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c flour
    1/4 c butter, melted
    1/4 c Wheat germ
Preparation
    Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk.
    Bake crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until light brown.
    Pour the pie filling into the pie crust, if using filling with big chunks I sometimes cut the fruit into smaller pieces.
    Mix in bowl remaining ingredients.
    Mix together to form a crumbly topping.
    Sprinkle the topping on the top of the filling.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until topping is light brown (the filling may bubble over).
