Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Make well in center; add syrup from pineapple, oil, beaten eggs and vanilla.
Blend.
Add pineapple, carrots and nuts.
Pour into oiled 10-inch tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until done.
May be baked in layers.
