Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

3 c. white corn meal mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
Preparation
