See'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips (18 oz. altogether)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk or thick powdered Coffee-mate mixed with water
    1 (7 oz.) marshmallow (in the jar)
    2 c. chopped walnuts or more if you like it nuttier
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, salt and milk together in a large pot and bring to a boil, 245\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add marshmallow from the jar. Add the chocolate chips. Blend fast and well by whipping it. Add the vanilla and walnuts. Makes about 4 pounds; fills two 8-inch square pans.
